Reunion Dinner Part I

Frank has the privilege of slicing up the abalone that Cynthia brought. When he poured away the liquid from the can, there was exclamation in the kitchen! Apparently, the liquid can be used to cook very nice soup.

Jie Jie & Di Di

Anna loves to carry Josh. However, J has grown and put on weigh so much so that its difficult for her to cradle him but to sit him in her lap!

Eve of CNY 2007

Well well, we spent a rather unusual CNY's eve this year. . . had fish & chips at Freo! unlike the usual steamboat, HA!

After dinner, we took a walk along the jetty. The weather has been rather cool these days despite being summer. Its even colder when the wind blows. Still we enjoyed a cone of gelato!

5.5 Weeks

Hello Godma Joan, I finally get to wear the romper that you bought for me. Thanks! It fits me nicely now although its meant for 3-6 months. Great thinking for getting the bigger size. I hope to wear the rest soon!

Playing with Isaac

It was a warm summer day and the two decided to go for a dip in the pool. Recently the weather has been crazy with days as warm as 41 and some as cool as 23 degree c. No wonder the locals flocked to the beach for a nice cool swim.

Anna really enjoys playing with Isaac. If only they can do this more often. Will have to wait till we go back and visit.

So Fun!

Anna and PaPa had a great time playing with the bodyboard in the water. She likes it so much that she refused to come out of the water. The water was rather cold and with cool wind blowing. . . it was freezing!

32 Days Old

Josh is already wearing romper of 3-6 months, which are just slightly bigger for him. Frank kept saying that he has put on quite a bit of weight in the last week. Check out the double chin. . . but its a good sign. At least he is growing despite the fact that sometimes he is unsatisfied with the amount of breastmilk! On certain hours of the day especially noon and evening, he feeds around the clock.

Every Tuesday and Thursday Anna would be having Physical Ed. This would be good training ground for her. . . hopefully in a sport that she might excel in one day.

Anna's First Day of School

Anna went to Junior Kindy today (29 Jan 07). She is in school uniform, school bag and school hat. We dropped her off in school, hanged around for a little while and when we saw that she was rather involved in playing, we decided to make a dash for the car (was afraid that she might not be willing to let us go). She amazed us by saying 'okay, see you later!'

This pic was taken when we picked her up. She was all smiles!

First Month

We celebrated Josh's First month with families who came to visit us. Nai Nai said 'Must take aeroplane b4 can carry baby' so better carry a bit more! Likewise for the Gu-ma(s).

Anna definitely enjoyed the company of families and she sure loves playing with Isaac.
