See if you can count the number of layers. . . 9??NO - its only 7 layers 'cos I ran out of space in the steaming tray, also some of the layers were rather thick, unlike the Bengawa Solo ones, so thin and soft. Mine is soft too, so soft that it was difficult to cut it. But F said 'very nice' and not too oily, which is good. So, the two of us almost finished the whole lot! Not bad for the first attempt too!
