I wanted to make pandan chiffon cake but because I did not have the cake pan, I decided to make this instead. Looks quite good on the outside but taste alright somehow. Perhaps I was thinking of the paper sponge cake back home.Baked another chocolate cake (no pic), rying out the recipe so that I can use it to make Anna's birthday cake. We are going to have a mini celebration for her here next week, just for friends from Cell group. She is really looking forward to it. We even had the Pinata decorated!
