Our highlight was a farmstay at Bindoon. This area was set amidst valleys and fruit orchards. The "farm" itself was among orange orchards and it was beautiful.
We also caught up with good old friends from church and visited many little places that made us feel very nostalgic at times. Anna could remember but i think Josh couldn't remember much cos he is still, just 2.
The kids had lots of contact with animals. Josh, normally somewhat afraid of dogs was busy patting the 2 friendly dogs at the farmstay. He also patted and fed kangaroos, cows, horse, sheep, etc. Surprisingly, at some ulu farmstay, the visitors were on this occasion, exclusively Singaporeans haha - there were about 4 families of us. We had a good laugh.
The kids had quite a ball of a time. They've not had a holiday since end last year. Josh sleep-talked one night saying "Woyao gingerbreadman" many times.
