Weekend at Mandurah

Decided to go down south to Mandurah for a short getaway. Wanted to stay over for one night but decided to save the money and make it a day trip instead.

Were told to visit the thrombolites at Lake Cliffon, 20 min south of Mandurah. Somehow got lost and missed the turn-off. Back-track 2 times and still cant find the place. Gave up and headed back to Mandurah. On the way, we stopped over at the famous Miami Bakehouse for morning tea. We had almond custard scroll, was delicious...thanks to the thick and very sweet frosting!

After the long car ride, it was great to stop and had some fun at the playground for Anna.
